"Art in the Park"is back! After the success of last year event Turas Úr will host Art in the Park in the grounds of Ballyconnel Estate on August 5th from 13:00 to 17:00. This years event will offer a more intimate experience for visitors, who will discover a wealth of wonders while weaving their way through the forest. From arresting sculptures, soundscapes, video installations and dance, to family music and art workshops, there is bound to be something for everyone. 

This year, Turas Úr artisits are joined by internationally renowned visual artist Locky Morris. Know to many for his large scale public sculptures, including Letterkenny's 'Polestar', Locky combines digital and physical objects to express his unique world view. 

Alongside Locky and the Turas Úr artisits, we will display pieces from both John McCarron and John Collins. The video tent will include work from Sinead Flanaghan and Katie McFadden.
